• Payment must be made in full at checkout to begin production of your order.

Cancellations

• We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

Refunds & Returns

• Sophia’s Favors maintains a zero refund, zero return policy.

• We cannot issue refunds or accept returns due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products.
