All of our items are custom made to order and handcrafted with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalization details (names, dates, messages, colors, etc.) are entered correctly at the time of ordering. Sophia’s Favors is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production times vary depending on the product and volume of orders.

• Sophia’s Favors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

• If a package arrives damaged in transit, please file a claim with the respected carrier. If you need assistance, contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
